By requesting our services, scheduling an appointment, or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Appliance Repair Helpline provides professional repair and maintenance services for household appliances in Bangalore, including but not limited to:
Washing machines (all brands including LG, Samsung, Whirlpool, IFB, Godrej), refrigerators and freezers (all major brands), and diagnostic services for appliance issues.
We reserve the right to refuse service for any appliance that we determine is beyond economical repair or poses safety hazards.
Service appointments can be scheduled through our website, phone, or email. All appointments are subject to technician availability.
We will provide an estimated time window for technician arrival. While we strive for punctuality, actual arrival time may vary due to traffic, previous service duration, or unforeseen circumstances.
You must ensure that our technician has safe and unobstructed access to the appliance requiring service. You are responsible for providing adequate lighting and workspace.
Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of ₹500.
Our pricing includes diagnostic fees, labor charges, and parts costs. A detailed estimate will be provided before commencing repair work.
A diagnostic fee may be charged for service calls. This fee will be waived if you proceed with the recommended repairs.
All replacement parts and materials are charged separately. We use only genuine or high-quality compatible parts approved by our company.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and other digital payment methods.
If additional repairs are needed beyond the initial estimate, we will inform you and obtain approval before proceeding. You will not be charged for unauthorized work.
All repairs performed by Appliance Repair Helpline come with a warranty on parts and labor. The standard warranty period is 30 days from the date of service completion, unless otherwise specified.
Replacement parts carry a warranty as specified by the manufacturer or our company, whichever is longer. Warranty details will be provided on your service invoice.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, power surges or electrical issues, water damage or environmental factors, use of non-genuine parts by third parties, or failure to follow manufacturer's operating instructions.
To claim warranty service, you must present your original service invoice. Warranty service must be performed by Appliance Repair Helpline to remain valid.
As a customer, you agree to provide accurate information about the appliance and the problem, ensure someone aged 18 or above is present during service, provide a safe working environment for our technicians, disconnect the appliance from power before service arrival (if requested), back up any data or settings (where applicable), disclose any previous repair attempts or modifications, and pay for services as agreed upon completion.
While we strive to provide the highest quality service, Appliance Repair Helpline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services or the use of your appliance after repair.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, defects, or damage not disclosed or discovered during our initial diagnostic.
We are not liable for defects in third-party products or parts, though we will assist with manufacturer warranty claims where applicable.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Appliance Repair Helpline and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve your concerns promptly.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
Before pursuing legal action, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiation and, if necessary, mediation.
All repair work is performed in compliance with applicable safety standards and manufacturer guidelines. Our technicians are trained and certified to handle the brands we service. We comply with all relevant local and national regulations regarding appliance repair services.
We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided is accurate. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we handle your data.
While we offer same-day service when possible, Appliance Repair Helpline does not provide emergency services. Urgent requests will be accommodated based on technician availability.
If an appliance is left at our service center for more than 90 days without contact or payment, we reserve the right to dispose of it and use any proceeds to offset storage and service costs.
Appliance Repair Helpline shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, riots, war, pandemics, government actions, or utility failures.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
